Snakely privacy policy

What Snakely collects

Snakely does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data, device identifiers, gameplay data, analytics, diagnostics, or advertising data. Snakely does not track people across apps or websites.

Data saved on your device

Coins, levels, upgrades, unlocks, selections, play statistics, and music, sound, haptic, and motion settings stay on your device. This local data supports gameplay and is not available to the developer or another company.

You can remove this local data with Reset progress in Settings. Native app data is also removed when the app is uninstalled.

Sharing a result

Share Result creates an image on your device and opens the system share menu only after you choose it. Snakely does not receive the image, the destination, or information about whether you completed the share. Another app that you select handles the shared image under that app's own privacy practices.

Permissions and network access

The iPhone and iPad app requests no camera, microphone, photo, location, contacts, advertising, or tracking permission. The installed app bundles its gameplay assets and does not contact the developer or a third-party server during play.

Players of different ages

Snakely is a broad casual game. It has no Snakely account, ads, purchases, public profiles, chat, or user-submitted content. Because it collects no data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.

Changes and contact

If Snakely's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before the changed app is distributed. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
